Directions:

For tolerance testing, take 1 capsule on the first day. On days 2 and 3, take 2 capsules once a day. On days 4 and onwards, take 2 capsules 2 times a day, of which 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before training and 2 capsules before lunch. Do not snack between main meals. Do not consume less than 5 hours before bedtime. For best results, consume for at least 60 days in combination with a proper diet and a suitable training program. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 4 capsules. Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily to maintain good health.
